HR SportsleX has announced a strategic partnership with Path2Goal leagues and academies making the plex the home for their programs on the Peninsula. The SportspleX will continue to run high quality youth leagues and developmental programs and events but will look to
Path2Goal to manage adult futsal leagues through a partnership with RASL Soccer as well as make the HR SportspleX the home for the VA Futsal Academy. "
The HR SportspleX is thrilled to be welcoming Path2Goal and Virginia Rush as an additional community soccer partner. For the past 20 years, Coach Darcy has worked to improve the game of soccer in Virginia, and I know having his knowledge of player development will enhance the overall experience for every young player that will play against Virginia Rush teams this winter. We couldn't be happier to welcome Coach Darcy and the soccer players, teams, and families that he represents to the HR SportspleX. There is no question, the Rush’s involvement will improve the overall competitiveness of our leagues that already included quality teams from Smithfield Soccer Club, The Virginia Legacy, Suffolk Youth Soccer Association, VIP United, WBSC and other recreation programs. In short, the addition of Virginia Rush at the start of our 3rd year represents a win-win for our soccer community and we're proud to help every club provide a platform for players and teams to grow during the winter months and beyond." win multiple regional futsal championships as well as place a player onto the US Youth Futsal National Team in past years. This partnership will only strengthen the academy and adult league programs and enhance the offerings of Path2Goal and HR SportspleX."
